You'll never know when you'll have an unexpected breakdown, you can feel so much safer and secure knowing every brand new Kia passenger vehicle purchased comes with free Roadside Assist for the first 5 years, unlimited kilometres. (K2700 and K2900 first 3 years, unlimited kilometres).

1. Free Roadside Assistance
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, help is only a call away and trained staff will be dispatched to your location
2. Free Lockout Service
If you are unfortunate enough to lock your keys in your vehicle, we will gain access where possible.
3. Free Change of Flat Tyres
Assistance in changing a flat tyre
4. Flat Battery Restart
A free jump start in the event of a flat battery
5. Free Tow to Safety
If the vehicle has a mechanical related breakdown and that vehicle cannot be provided a temporary repair on the spot to be mobile, the vehicle will be towed to the nearest Kia Dealer. There is no charge to the client for any callout and / or towing charges provided standard terms and conditions are met.
6. Out of Fuel
Free delivery of fuel to enable your vehicle to be driven to the nearest fuel station. Limited to one call-out per year and $20 fuel).
7. Temporary Flexi Side Glass ReplacementIn the event of a broken side glass window, a temporary flexi side glass window will be fitted to ensure your vehicle can be safely driven.
8. Emergency Taxi
In the event of a mechanical related breakdown and the vehicle is unable to be repaired on the spot, a taxi can be provided up to a specified amount based ont he distance to home.
9. Overnight Accommodation
Accommodation allowance will be offered if vehicle repairs exceed eight hours of work and if you're more than 100kms from home.
10. Rental Car (Excludes K2700 and K2900)
A rental car will be available for passenger vehicle repairs that exceed eight hours of work and if you're more than 100kms from home. Maximum three days usage. (Excludes K2700 and K2900).
